Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your scheduled time) are charged at the full self-pay rate for that visit type.
Credit Card on File
All patients are required to keep a credit card on file. We bill this card for any unpaid balances after insurance has processed your claim, and for no-show or late cancellation fees.
Therapy Requirement
We do not offer stand-alone therapy without medication management. If you need therapy alone, we’re happy to refer you to one of our trusted therapy partners.
